We are all highly trained, certified and licensed. All our instructors are also CPR certified. We keep our classes fresh with the hottest new programs in the industry. We also have group training available. We offer accountability challenges. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I started out teaching a few classes a week in a local VFW. I leased a space for some classes in Findlay. Soon 5 classes a week exploded to 30 classes a week in less than a year. Our energy and friendly instructors make Z Pulse what it is today. We have branded our into a full fitness studio. What do you love most about your job? The lives being changed. To see someone get great results, change their heating habits, live a healthier life style and watch them grown and build their confidence is amazing. Our goal is to make fitness fun so you want to continue and you don’t get bored because that is when you quit.
